62nd Commencement Convocation
On June 15, 2024, Cuttington University held its 62nd Commencement Convocation, conferring degrees upon 765 students across various disciplines. The graduates included 72 students from the Junior College in Kakata, 325 from undergraduate programs in Suakoko, 320 from the School of Graduate and Professional Studies in Monrovia, and 48 students receiving Post Graduate Diplomas in Education and Monitoring and Evaluation. The ceremony featured Mr. Benedict Sonie Kanu, Country Manager for the African Development Bank in Liberia, as the commencement speaker.
Strategic Plan Launch: GII Plan
In 2024, President Dr. Romelle A. Horton announced the launch of Cuttington University’s flagship strategic program, the Greatness, Innovation, and Integrity (GII) Plan. This initiative focuses on three pillars and includes three key initiatives aimed at enhancing the university’s academic excellence, fostering innovation, and upholding integrity within the institution

Establishment of Orange Digital Center Club
On December 15, 2023, Cuttington University, in collaboration with Orange Liberia, inaugurated the Orange Digital Center Club on its main campus in Suakoko. This facility provides students with access to digital resources, training programs, and opportunities for innovation, aiming to enhance their technological skills and prepare them for the digital economy.
